Where is the best place to purchase all these organic items?

Elly, I would go to the following link that reviews the veg. and fruits that you should buy organic and the ones you do not need to focus on as much. http://www.ewg.org/foodnews/ Most grocery stores do carry organic products. Your Standard Market and Whole Foods will be on the high end and your Meyer and Costco would more on the lower end of cost. You can also look at co-ops like Wallace Farms in Naperville or Farmers Markets.

Another question where do you find grass fed meat/beef? All this is new for me.

Getting starting seems so overwhelming. How can I slowly get started while not blowing my financial budget. The spaghetti squash recipes sound so good and simple to make, can't wait to try them. This is a new experience for me. I am not sure how a blog works.

Focus more on changing your vegetables and quality of your grains. Dairy and meat will be the most costly to change. You can look at substituting turkey instead of red meat products to. Also look at the reply above.

Elly try Mariano's, Whole Foods or Standard Market for organics.

Hi everyone! Does anyone out there besides me have celiac? I have been reviewing the menus and make some adjustments. As much as I love the taste and texture of Greek yorgart I receive pains in my lower back to the extreme, I can't stand up. Can I use cottage cheese in place? Thanks P.

I like the tip shared during the kick-off that adding a slice of lemon to a glass of water increases its alkalinity. Thanks for the tip! Will using pure lemon juice (cold pressed, organic, gmo free, not diluted or from concentrate) in water work as well?
